The voucher is sent by email immediately after purchase. At checkout, you have two flexible options:

Option 1: For yourself or to present manually

You purchase the voucher as usual and receive it directly in your inbox by email. You can then print it out, present it in person, or forward it yourself by email.

Option 2: Have it sent directly to the recipient

You personalize the voucher directly on the product page with the recipient's name and a personal message. The voucher will then be automatically sent by email directly to the recipient on the desired date.

Simply enter your voucher code in the "Discount code or voucher" field during the checkout process. The voucher amount will be deducted directly from your total. If the credit is not sufficient, simply pay the remaining balance with your preferred payment method. 

Remaining credit never expires! The balance stays saved on your voucher code and can be used flexibly on your next order. You can check your current balance at any time via the link in your voucher email.

Yes, multiple vouchers can easily be combined in a single order. You can also combine a voucher with an active discount code.

Our Simply Solid gift cards are delivered by email free of charge. The value of the gift card does not count towards the minimum order value for free shipping of physical products.

Our vouchers are valid for a full 3 years from the date of purchase and expire on December 31 of the third year.

Yes, the voucher is fully transferable and can be redeemed by anyone using the unique voucher code. So you can easily pass the code on to someone else or give it as a gift.
